I'm talking about a reboot.
Some of you may have taken the four hour workshop version of Solving for X. It had a good run, but I have decided to retire that one and take a cue from ol' spidey and do a reboot.
The new Solving for X is 2 hours of concentrated networking. I tested a version of this out and the last class didn't want to leave the room they were helping one another so much.
This is by far the best version of this class I have created and tickets go on sale today.
I also put some ridiculously cheap early bird tickets on sale.
Apologies if they sell out before you get there. Which means you should hurry.
Info is below. Look forward to seeing you in class.
Excelsior!
The Solving for X Workshop
Is "networking" a dirty word for you?
It is for a lot of people. This class is not about the networking you know. It's about the networking that you don't.
Careers in the arts are built and survive on relationships. In order to develop those crucial connections you need to be a relationship architect and use the tools that you have to connect with the contacts you need.
This workshop is about finding and using those tools so that you are on the tip of everyone's tongue in your industry.
You'll learn how to tap into the network that you currently have and how to grow that network to help you reach your goals.
You'll learn how to turn a one on one meeting into a fountain of opportunity.
You'll learn about the psychological principals that are running behind the scenes of every interaction you have with a member of the industry.
Most importantly, you'll learn about managing your relationships so you can get the most out the network you currently have and the network you have yet to build.
The next workshop will be Saturday March 3rd from 10am-12pm
Seating is strictly limited.
The Location will be at Paul Michael's The Network Studios on 242 West 36th st.
Schedule 10am-11:30am- Workshop 11:30-12pm-Active networking
