Figured I'd give this a shot

     So after seeing so many of my friends try out this blog thing, I figured what the heck. I'm going to also make an attempt at posting every day so that I keep myself writing, which I often don't get a chance to do. So who am I? I'm an independent producer. What does it mean to be an independent producer? Well, most of us produce Off-Off Broadway also known as the realm of the Indie Theatre movement. For more info on that click here.  I also have a regular day job teaching at LaSalle Academy, an All Boy's Catholic High School located on the lower East side of Manhattan. I also run this fun little company, which has been around for the past six years. I plan on sharing a bit about producing, writing, networking, and life. I don't have my own office or tons of money, but I do love theatre and producing and I've learned a thing or two in the time I've been here. I look forward to comments from people who may end up reading this. When I was in school, I used to always sign off the same way Stan Lee signed all of his letters in the comic books, so at the risk of being redundant, as I look forward to the trek into the blogosphere....
